At Credixs Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care or hygiene products.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Digital products or downloadable items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on customer preference and eligibility.

  • Cash refunds at the time of collection are not available.

  • Customers may be asked to provide their Bahrain bank account details for approved refunds.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect), and a description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Refunds will only cover the value of the approved returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost if the claim is approved.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refusing a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.
